Abstract:
Peach cultivation has a long history in China,and it has been grafted with solid rootstock.In order to solve the disadvantage of the separation of rootstock seedlings,tissue culture and cutting technology are often used in the production.Cutting technology can produce a large number of uniformity good seeding in a short time,and at the same time can keep excellent characteristics of the original varieties.The establishment of technical rules for peach stock breeding can provide reference for standardization and high quality production of peach rootstock,so as to realize industrialized production.This standard specified the suitable varieties,suitable substrates,cutting techniques,cutting seedling management techniques,pest management,cutting seedling transplanting techniques of peach rootstock,etc,was suitable for peach stock facilities cutting propagation in Shandong Province.
