Abstract:: Tourism specialized cooperatives is a common attempt,promote and a developing things in the national eco-tourism area.Kanas caravan sightseeing association is the organization of economic cooperation,which consists of the tourism professional cooperatives and the spontaneous participation of community residents.This study was based on the deep interview and the observational method,to comb the developing status quo of caravan sightseeing association and self-management mechanism.The study had found that lots of problems existed in the cooperative,which mainly included the deficiency in the internal supervision,the conflict of the interests between the cavalcade of the association and the groom of the non-association,and the problems of their own management.Therefore,the caravan sightseeing association management mechanism still need to be improved,in order to achieve the purpose of improving competitive power,protecting and maximizing the interests of the members.
