Abstract:
Leaves of eggplant with Phomopsis rot bacteria were used as materials.Via indoor separation identification,determination of pathogenic and bacteriostatic test methods,the pathogenic bacteria were isolated and the pathogenicity and resistance to drugs were studied.The results showed that nine strains were obtained,which containing generating α-conidia,β-conidia,hybrid conidia and only making mycelium type.PvTF-11,PvVSJ-22 and PvVL-211 had stronger pathogenicity for eggplant leaf by determination of pathogenic.Antibacterial experiment found that PvVL-621,PvVL-211 belonged to the drug sensitive strains,PvVSJ-101,PvVSJ-102 type belonged to the resistant strains.So eggplant Phomopsis rot bacteria could also produce β-conidia and hybrid conidiophore type under the condition of artificial culture.And eggplant Phomopsis rot bacteria had resistant strains.
