Abstract:
Pseudomonas syringae pv.actinidiaeas was used as test fungi,the inhibition effect of Streptomyces.sp SY-L12 on Pseudomonas syringae pv.actinidiae was assessed by using co-culture and inhibition-zone methods.Then the control effect was studied in potted trails.The results showed that Streptomyces.sp SY-L12 inhibited the growth of Pseudomonas syringae pv.actinidiae with the inhibitory rate 94.0%.The best efficacy was found when Streptomyces.sp SY-L12 was grown at 28 ℃ with shaking at 150 r?min-1 for 8-9 days,the efficacy of fermentation broth was 85.4% which was higher than the control in potted trails.Therefore Streptomyces.sp SY-L12 might be considered as a new option for developing new integrated control strategies to reduce the disease.
