Abstract:
In this study，five different kinds of culture medium were designed to study the influence on the growth of Inonotus sanghuang.The results compared with PDA medium showed that the optimum culture medium formula were wood chips 100 g，potato 100 g，glucose 20 g，AGAR powder 10 g，1，000 mL water，pH natural.
