Abstract:
With the trend of the wine region shift from the east to the west in our country,grape and wine region in Xinjiang has become the major production areas in the development of Chinese wine industry.Xinjiang should be made a planning on the basis of different geographical features,climate conditions in southern,northern,east of xinjiang,to analyze the suitability conditions of grape varieties of fresh food,wine and raisins and its development of series productions,such as raisins,sweets wines,dry wine,liquor.The Xinjiang wine industry should be positioned as Original Ecology Wine Capital of China.And strategical path of promoting Chinese grape and wine production into one hundred billion industry economic cluster were put forward through macro-ecology,macro-culture,macro-industry,and macro-tourism.
