Abstract:
The research status of all aspects in celery pre-cooling,storage and preservation,transportation and sale both domestic and abroad were summarized and analyzed in this paper,moreover,the existing research problems and its development trend in the cold chain of celery were also elaborated,which would provide a theoretical reference for the storage and transportation of fresh celery.
