Abstract:
Gastrodia elata seed-germinating strain MY-001 was used as test material,the cultivation conditions of MY-001 was studied according to the index of mycelial growth rate and mycelial biomass by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the optimum growth environmental conditions were 25 ℃,200% water content,under dark cultivation;glucose and yeast extracts were the optional carbon source and nitrogen sources.The optimum growth nutrient conditions were determined yeast extracts 3 g?L-1,glucose 20 g?L-1,composite vitamin B 0.005 g?L-1.Through multiple regression analysis to establish regression equation (Y=0.362+0.084A-0.014B-0.007C),variance analysis showed significant equation was very significant.
