Thirteen varieties of green-stem cauliflower were introduced in different regions，and then made the production technology of test and demonstration work in Miyun of Beijing.Species selection，cropping arrangement and management practices were introduced in detail，summarized the green-stem cauliflower production technology，in order to provide a reference for cultivation and demonstration of green-stem cauliflower in Beijing area.
