Abstract:
Taking six cucumber cultivars as materials and 200 Corynespora cassiicola strains isolated from Shandong,Liaoning and Heilongjiang Province as test strains,the virulence differentiation of C.cassiicola was tested by using the method of seeding artificial inoculation and AFLP.The results showed that D0330,D1306,D0649 and D2050 could be used as differential hosts setting for C.cassiicola and the 200 strains could be divided into 4 races by the differential hosts.Genetic diversity analysis for the 200 strains was carried out using AFLP markers which suggested that AFLPs were unrelated with the geographical origin but with the virulence.
