Abstract:
Taking mushroom as material,control efficiency of four insecticides on Bradysia difformis was studied under the condition of laboratory and house of the edible fungi.The side-effects of tested insecticides on mycelium growth of Pleurotus geesteranus were tested.The results showed that the greatest insecticidal activity against 2 larvea of B.difformis were azadirachtin,LC50 value was 13.486 mg/L.But the greatest inhibitory effects of pesticides on the growth of Pleurotus geesteranus mycelium was azadirachtin whose EC50 value was less than 9.845 mg/L.Insecticides to B.difformis adults had effects,but mushroom mycelia growth of Pleurotus geesteranus was restrained significantly by 3 000 IU/mg Bti.Inhibitory effects of cyromazine and diflubenzuron on the growth mycelium of Pleurotus geesteranus were weak and better security for all.
