Abstract:
Taking Pleurotus geesteranus as test material, the cultivation of Pleurotus geesteranus in bag was made by using different ratios of apple pomace to replace saw dust. The indexes of mycelia growth speed, biological efficiency,input-output ratio, economic efficiency, and so forth, was statistical analyzed. The results showed that with total yield as the evaluation index, the formula G3 (pomace 60%,wood chips 20%,wheat bran 18%,gypsum 1%,lime 2.5%,sub strate to water 1∶19) had the highest net profit and input-output ratio (1∶2.37),the cultivation cost reduced 17.93% than that in control (G0),and economic benefit was increased by 7.40%,if to include the cost of pollution fungi bags. However, the formula G3 had the highest biological efficiency (76.27%),the cultivation cost was reduced more than 39%,and the economic benefits was increased by 3.37% compared with the control,if no pollution fungi bags cost had been in considered and with a single bag production as the evaluation index.Comprehensive evaluation, the formula G3 was suitable for the cultivation of Pleurotus geesteranus with apple pomace, and the maximum dosage to replace sawdust was 60%.
