Abstract:
To select suitable cultivars for diferrent markets,5 sweet pepper cultivars were taken as materials to analyze their difference of growth status,trade traits of pepper fruits,disease resistance in Hainan.The results showed that,during winter spring product season,‘Fuxing’had the highest yield and much high disease resistance and was suitable to large scale product under plastic greenhouse.For pale green fruit color and small size fruit,‘Fuxing’and‘Zhongjiao 105’were suitable to product as vegetables sold to the Northern.For ‘Shantian 16’,‘Hongyingda’ and ‘Jinhui 28’ had much high fruit diameter and slightly green fruit color,they were much suitable to Southern market.Among 3 above cultivars,‘Shantian 16’ was suitable to satisfy early market for it could get much high early yield,but ‘Jinhui 28’ should slightly product for poor heat resistance and high lateral offset fruit rate under high temperature.
