Abstract:
Pholiota nameko hybrid strain ‘LH-1’ (serial No.:H03) was obtained by monspores crossbreeding technology.The monospores derived from parental strains PN06 and PN08 respectively.Differences in esterase isozyme PAGE patterns indicated that ‘LH-1’ was a new strain.The strain‘LH-1’ was screened optimum by biological characteristics analysis,fruit test,and bag cultivation in breeding process.Cultivation test comparing ‘LH-1’ with control demonstrated that the fruit body was hemisphere with good quality,high yield,and high resistance to disease,especially for semi-processed raw materials cultivation,the pollution rate decreased by 8% in average,the average yield increased by 7%.It was certified by the Variety Certification Community of Liaoning Province in 2013,and suitable for cultivation.
