Abstract:
Taking two excellent field Auricularia auricula species ‘X6’ and ‘X7’ in Nyingchi area as test material,ITS Sequence Analysis was used to screen,the software Clustal X 1.83 and MAGA 5.0 were used to conduct the phylogeny analysis.The results showed that two excellent field species ‘X6’ and ‘X7’ were Auricularia auricula,comparing the DNA sequence and building a common phylogenetic tree,it was confirmed that there was a certain genetic difference between the two.
