Abstract:
Taking Lycium barbarum as material，the effect of ecological organic fertilizer on fruit quality on Lycium barbarum was analyzed.The results showed that the average fruit weight could improve 15.25%，the length and width of fruit could improve 8.19% and 10.67%，and the yield of Lycium barbarum could increase 25.43% after apply ecological organic fertilizer.Apart from Se，the nutritional components in the fruits of Lycium barbarum，after apply ecological organic fertilizer，were more than the control.Among these components，total sugar，Lycium barbarum polysaccharides (LBP)，crude fat，and crude protein improved from 5.38% to 7.69%.Thus，the ecological organic fertilizer helped in improving fruit’size，yield and fruit quality of Lycium barbarum.It is suitable to production of Lycium barbarum and had popularized worth.
