Abstract:
More and more people like eating edible fungus,which is a forest-under-economy product.It has been the important basic part for the edible fungus industry to forest-area-economy and county-area-economy.The benefits and profit contribution of nodes in edible fungus supply chain were analyzed by Shapley value method in this paper.And then,some advice to build edible fungus supply chain under protecting farmers’ profits were given.It should be help for the edible fungus industry.
