Abstract:
Taking 24 hot (sweet) pepper varieties as materials,effects of genotype,explant,hormones on callus induction rate were studied.The results showed that callus induction rate of different genotype were significant differences,up tp 100%,minimum of 24%;both leaf and stem could induce callus,and stem was better;the best medium was MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L NAA.
