Abstract:
Taking 21 kinds of purple kernel of walnut fruit as materials,10 quantitative characters were determined and 15 quality characters were identified and assignment,conduct variance analysis and cluster analysis were conducted.The results showed that through variance analysis,quantitative characters in shell thickness,grain weight,kernel weight and oil content variation coefficient were 33%,21%,20%,18%,other variation coefficient was smaller.Quality characters in fruit shape,fruit shoulder,fruit bottom shape difference was bigger,nearly round fruit 48%,fruit shoulder round 48%,fruit bottom flat 52%,other quality almost the same.Cluster analysis showed that the fruit clustered into MG1 and MG2,‘Zi No.10’,‘Zi No.20’,‘Zi No.22’low oil content clustered together,MG1 was divided into MG1-1 and MG1-2,‘Zi No.13’,‘Zi No.16’higher oil content and protein content clustered together,the remaining 16 seed resources,more approximate in quantitative and qualitative characters,with little difference.The results provided a reference for the purple kernel of walnut germplasm resource utilization and further breeding.
