Abstract:
Taking 7 kinds of garden plants of Berberis thumbergii,Euonymus japonicus Thunb.,Synringa oblate,Forsythia suspense,Ligustrum quihoui,Rosa chinensis,Punica granatum as tset materials,with in vitro branch water plugging method, the effect of natural dehydration stress on RWC,Chl a+b content,REC,MDA content and Pro content of in vitro leaves in 15 d were studied.The results showed that in the natural dehydration stress,drought-resistance indexes from 7 kinds of garden plants were basically the same.With the extent of stress,the relative water content reduced,chlorophyll content decreased,the relative membrane permeability increased,MDA content increased,free proline content increased,but changes in magnitude between species significantly different.
