Abstract:
Taking the new eggplant hybrid “Jingqie 218” and their parents as experimental materials,the polymorphisms of the materials were analyzed and sifted by using SSR molecular markers,and the results were verified by morphological identification.The results showed that among the 152 pairs of SSR primers,2 pairs of primers (qzssr17 and qzssr20) showed complementary pattern between hybrids and their parents.The hybrids “Jingqie 218” which were produced by 6 units had been indentified by using the qzssr17 SSR molecular markers,the results had better consistency with the morphological identification results.The experiment proved that using SSR molecular markers was a simpler and effective method to identify the purity of eggplant.
