Abstract:
Taking wine grape of ‘Ugni Blanc’ in mature period that was sampled from 27 different canopy management as materials,and selected 6 main characteristics of grape quality such as reducing sugar,total acid,tannin,total phenols,pH value and average soluble solids were measured.Through the principal component analysis method to evaluate main effect of canopy structure which made up of shoot thinning,leaf removal and cluster thinning on the quality of ‘Ugni Blanc’.The results showed that the cumulative proportion of the former 3 principal components reached 90.234% through principal component analysis with 6 main fruit quality indices.The arranging order of the synthetical mark of the 27 canopy managements was T6(shoot with 10 leaves left,remove 4 old leaves,cluster thinning in low),T5(shoot with 10 leaves left,remove 4 old leaves,cluster thinning in medium) and T9(shoot with 10 leaves left,remove 6 old leaves,cluster thinning in low).Due to the second highest comprehensive quality index and an acceptable medium yield were achieved,the treatment T5 should be recommended as the optimal canopy structure pattern for Weibei rainfed highland canopy management.
