Title:: Problems and Countermeasures on the Circulation Pattern of Fresh Agricultural Products in Hebei Province

Abstract:: Hebei province is a big agricultural province，fresh agricultural products consumption not only affected the people’s livelihood interests,but also related to supply chain members of the immediate interests.This paper discussed four kinds of circulation pattern of fresh agricultural products in Hebei province,and pointed out the main problems in the agricultural products circulation system.Based on the statistics collection and spot investigation,the author had found out that the agricultural products were principal decentralized in operation；the cold chain circulation appeared in low rates and less informatization；and the food safety problem became increasingly severe.Aiming at the five problems mentioned above,some countermeasures were put forward for improving the existing patterns of circulation.
