As the cultivation medium of black fungus by Lespedeza in autumn,the different medium formula effected in black fungus mycelium growth yield and cultivation medium pre-mixing materials were studied.The results showed that the Lespedeza cultivation medium which adding more than 30% of the broadleaf sawdust,mixing materials before prewetting stewing,the mycelium growth thicker,stronger,faster and the output was higher.
