Abstract:
Taking 10-year-old ‘Kyoho’ grape as raw material,the fruit quality and aromatic matter were studied by spaying amino acids and selenium-enriched fertilizers during the fruit maturity stage.The results showed that amino acids and selenium-enriched foliage increased the weight of single fruit and cluster grape under different treatments,improved the content of soluble solids of fruit,and increased the types and relative content of esters of fruit.
