Abstract:
Taking Festuca arudinacea‘Beike’ as test material,the effects of 4 kinds of water-retaining agent concentration on seed germination and seedling growth of Festuca arudinacea under drought stress were studied.The results showed that the water-retaining agent increased soil water percentage and retarded evaporation from soil surface.After 4 weeks of drought stress,the soil water content of 120 g/m2 of water-retaining agent treatment was the highest,which was 110.22% higher than CK,and had the most significant effect.The water-retaining agent also improved the seed germination energy and germination rate of Festuca arudinacea,reduced cell membrane permeability,and had a promoting effect on seedling height,of which 90 g/m2 and 120 g/m2 was the best.
