Abstract:
Taking 20 wild Bletilla striata germplasm resources as materils,the chlorophyll contents of 20 Bletilla striata cultivars were measured and compared by chlorophyll meter SPAD-502 and acetone ethanol mixed methods.The results showed that different cultivars had different chlorophyll a content，chlorophyll b content，total chlorophyll content and SPAD value.The relativity of the chlorophyll content and SPAD value were notability lever.So it concluded that SPAD readings could fully reflect the chlorophyll contents and it had simple and convenient measure without any harmon leaves.
