Abstract:
Taking Silene conoidea L.as material,the effects of different combined application of nitrogen and potassium levels on the morphological indicators and yield of Silene conoideaL.were studied using matrix culture.The results showed that the plant height,stem diameter,leaf length,leaf width,root length and leaf area were increased with the scope of 8.0 mmol/L nitrogen level and 5.0~8.0 mmol/L potassium level,so it was advantageous to Silene conoidea L.morphogenesis.The yield of Silene conoidea L.was higher under the conditions of 8.0~12.0 mmol/L nitrogen and 5.0~7.5 mmol/L potassium.
