Abstract:
Taking watermelon,strawberry,grape,kiwifruit,tomato,cucumber as materials,a new method was established for determination of forchlorfenuron in garden stuff by flow injection-chemiluminescence with dispersive solid-phase extraction.Forchlorfenuron was extracted with acetonitrile and purified with primary secondary amine.Since forchlorfenuron could enhanced the reaction between luminol and potassium periodate,it could be detected by flow injection chemiluminescence method.The results showed that the linear ranges was 1.0×10-11~1.0×10-5 mol/L,the correlation coefficient was 0.9993,the detection limit was 0.163 ng/g,the relative standard deviation (RSD)was 1.5% for 11 parallel determination,and the recovery between 89.7%~98.9%.This method has been successfully applied to the determination of forchlorfenuron in garden stuff samples because of the wide linear ranges and high sensitive.
