Abstract:
Taking Gardenia jasminoides cuttings hydroponics seedlings as test materials,the effects of plant fresh weight,root number,root length,plant height,root weight branches of different treatment patterns observed indicators and chlorophyll a,b content and pH value of the physiological changes with 50~150 mg/L indole butyric acid (IBA) treatment were studied.The results showed that 50~150 mg/L IBA treatment increased water culture conditions,gardenia cuttings of the plant fresh weight,root number,root length,plant height and chlorophyll content,and 100 mg/L IBA treatments more significantly effective.
