Abstract:
Taking Brassica campestris L.ssp. pekinensis as material,from the immature embryos’ age,the plant growth regulators level and the root culture medium,the immature embryo culture technology of Brassica campestris L.ssp were studied.The results showed that the age of immature embryos for its tissue culture was 18~25 d,the best plant growth regulators level was MS+NAA 0.6 mg/L+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+30 g/L sucrose+0.7% agar,the best root culture medium was 1/2MS+NAA 0.3 mg/L+30 g/L sucrose+0.7% agar.
