Surveying the soil organic matter content and its effects on fruit yield and quality in the orchard western hilly area henan province.The results showed that the soil organic matter content was generally low，an average of 6.3 g/kg，restricted the fruit yield and quality.Therefore，research group puts forward emphasisly the ecological model‘grass，animal husbandry，bogs，fruit’to increase the soil organic matter content according to the local conditions.
