Abstract:
In order to analyze the correlation between soil factor and active components of Flos sophorae,the active components of Flos sophorae were measureted and the contents of nutrition in soil were determined,then analyzed by correlation analysis.The results showed that soil total kalium was the most important factor that effected the content of rutin in Flos sophorae,significant positive correlation,coefficient of determination R2 was 0.609,followed by soil hydrolysable nitrogen,negative hydrolysis of nitrogen in soil and soil potassium;effects of content of total flavone in Flos sophorae were the dominant factor of soil available phosphorus and organic matter in soil,coefficient of determination R2 was 0.650,total flavonoids content was significantly negatively correlated with soil available phosphorus,organic matter and soil were positively correlated.
