Abstract:
It is an inevitable trend to use tissue culture for nontoxic propagation,commercialization and industrialization of Lilium brownie.The research status of its tissue culture were reviewed from aspects of the explants selection and processing,regeneration system pathway(callus,adventitious bud,bulblet,and somatic embryo)and the main problems existed at present(mainly pollution,browning and vitrification),and the future development was prospected.All above information can provide theoretical basis for the non toxic seedling propagation of  Lilium brownie on a factory scale.
