Abstract:
Taking spinach as material,the extraction of flavonoid from spinach was optimized by response surface methodology based on Box-Behnken.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows:extraction solvent was 80% ethanol,ratio of material to liquid 1∶21.1,extraction temperature 73.1℃,extraction time 64.1 min.
