Abstract:
Taking 16 species of Lycoris Herb.growing in Chinese as materials,Li-6400 photosynthesis analyzer was used,and SPSS 17.0 software was adopted,the photosynthetic characteristics of 16 species and their interspecific relationships were analyzed.The results showed that there were large difference of chlorophyll concentration,net photosynthesis rate and so on among 16 species of Lycoris.The factors affecting photosynthetic rate were not the same neither.According to the photosynthetic physiological parameters,such as Pn,Tr,Gs,ect.,16 species could be divided into two clades:cladeⅠwith Lycoris rosea,Lycoris squamigera,Lycoris straminea,Lycoris shaanxiensis,Lycoris longituba,Lycoris incarnate,Lycoris sprengeri,Lycoris houdyshelii,Lycoris albifolia and Lycoris aurea;and cladeⅡwith Lycoris chinensis,Lycorislongituba,Lycoris caldwellii,Lycoris and Lycoris anhuiensis.
