Abstract:: Seven different Hypsizygus marmoreus were cultured in the same condition in this paper.The thickness and diameter of the fruiting cap were measured after producing mushroom，and the uniformity of mushroom type and nodules were recorded in order to screen strains well grown,with well apperance fruit body and higher biological efficiency.The results showed that the 7th strain had higher biological efficieny,a regular structure and non-tumor.Therefore，it was suitable for industrial culture.
