Abstract:
Taking 7 melon varieties ‘Fengwei No.4’,‘Fengwei No.5’,‘Huangpi 9818’,‘Xuelihong’,‘Jinfenhuang’,‘Hongxincui’ and ‘Xianguo’ as materials,the resistance identification of single inoculation method and multi-inoculation method were studied.Relativity analysis was done with SPSS 13.0 software.The results showed that the ra=0.86042,rb=0.98590,rc=0.95806,rd=0.61513, the two kinds of methods had distinct positive correlation,and the disease index of the two kinds of methods was not significant in 0.01 level,which confirmed the multi-inoculation method was feasible.
