Abstract:
Taking different ploidy striffin melon materials,including diploid,triploid crossed with 4××2× and autotetraploid induced by colchicine were selected for text their nutritional traits and the variabilities of EST,POD and SOD isoenzymes in leaves.The results showed that the content of soluble sugar,content of soluble solids,content of soluble protein,content of VC and content of amino acid were divergent in different ploidy striffin melon as follow:soluble sugar,VC and amino acid contents made the same trend,4×>3×>2×;soluble solids and soluble protein contents made the same trend,3×>4×>2×;the EST isoenzyme bands of diploid and triploid were all two more than those of autotetraploid in leaves.The number of POD and SOD isoenzyme bands of different ploidy melon materials were same,but the expressed quantity of polyploid was higher.The results indicated the isoenzyme band pattern of different ploidy melon materials were same,but the activities in polyploid were stronger than that in the diploid.
