Abstract:: Taking the protocorm-like bodies(PLBs) of Anoectochilus roburghii as test materials,the effects of different basic media，additives and culturing methods on PLBs proliferation of Anoectochilus roburghii were studied.The results showed that B5 was the most suitable basic medium for PLBs proliferation；when coconut juice，banana juice，apple juice were supplemented in the same medium for PLBs proliferation，the proliferation was best in the presence of coconut juice and the 6.146-fold increase in PLBs weight was achieved.The optimum culturing method was liquid suspension culture，by which proliferation rate reached 2.150-fold average after 30 days.
