Abstract:
Taking the unpollinated overies of them Henan Cucumis sativus L. as explant,the induction of embryoid and plant regeneration of three varieties of were studied.The results showed that regenerated plants were obtained in three varieties of cucumber.Different varieties,heat-treated time,concentration of TDZ and shape of explants affected the frequency of embryoid induction.Different varieties and concentration combinations of 6-BA and NAA affected the frequency of plant regeneration.Heat-treated for three days,sticks of explants and 0.06~0.08 mg/L of TDZ had high frequency of embryoid induction.0.05 mg/L of NAA and 0.4~0.6 mg/L of 6-BA could facilitate seedlings regeneration from embryoid.
