Abstract:
Putting the Tagetes patula seeds which was conducted by 0 (CK),2,4,8,12 g/L these five different concentrations of NaCl solution into (25±1)℃ light incubator to do a salt stress experiment,and the germination rate,germination potential,germination index,the fresh weight of index and other indexes were determined.The results showed that comparing to the condition of when the NaCl solution was 12 g/L,the germination was only 13.15%,which stated that the fresh weight of index and low concentration of salt solution could promote seed germination,and the high concentration of salt solution would postpone seed germination.When the concentration of NaCl solution was higher than 2 g/L,the seed germination potential decreased obviously.With the increasing of the NaCl concentration,the Tagetes patula seeds’ germination rate,the germination potential,germination index and other indexes had a obvious trend of decreasing,while the average germination time would extend as the NaCl solution concentration increased.
