Abstract:
‘Cabernet Gernischet’(Vitis vinifera L.) that were most widely-planted wine grape cultivars in Yantai was conducted as materials,to evaluate the effect of shoots thinning and yields on the quality of grape.The results showed that the maturity of ‘Cabernet Gernischet’ was advanced with the yield decreasing.The content of total phenols and anthocyanins had a positive correlation with the decrease of yield.The content of tannin showed an increase trend with the decrease of yield within a certain level.
