Abstract:
With strawberry (Fragaria ananassa Duch.cv.‘Hongxiutianxiang’) fruit as materials,storage experiment under stored in cartons and controlled atmosphere package of 5% or 10% CO2 at (0±0.5)℃ were studied.The results showed that 5% CO2 treatment kept better fruit qualities than those of control.After 21 d at 0℃ and additional 1 d at ambient temperature,the rate of good fruit in 5% CO2 treatment was 100%,but only 56% in control.
