Abstract:
‘Cabernet Sauvignon’ grape was selected as material,the effects of different spraying frequency and concentration of “Sugar Mover” on the quality of grape were studied.The results showed that the berry sugars increased with the increase of spraying frequency.1 200 times liquid of Sugar Mover was the optimal concentration.The total anthocyanins of berry skin also increased with the increase of spraying frequency,and sprayed 600 times liquid of Sugar Mover for 4 times was the best.There was no significant relationship between the Sugar Mover spraying and total phenols in berry.
