Abstract:
Inordertoexploretheeffectofplasticboxmodifiedatmospherecombinedwithpreservativeonshelf-lifequalityofcherryafterstorageandfindthemostsuitableamountofpreservativeandthebeststoragemethodofcherry,shelf-lifequalityexperimentofcherryafterstoragewasstudied.TheresultsshowedthatthefirsttreatmentwhichwasperkilogramfruitwithabagCT2preservativecombinedwithplasticboxmodifiedatmosphere,effectivelypostponedthedeclineoffruitfirmness,preventedthelossofnutrientcomponent,controlledthedropoffruitsensoryquality,delayedtheincreaseoffruitMDAandethanolcontent,maintainedhigherSODactivityandPODactivity,andretardedthedecreaseoffruittotalphenolcontentandtheriseofPPOactivity,improvedshelf-lifequalityofberryduringshelf-lifeof10℃aftercontrolledfreezingpointstorage(-0.5~-0.2℃)bymeansofmeasuringthechangesofsensoryqualityandphysiologicalindexes.
