Abstract:
Terminalbudof‘Saiwa’strawberryintroducefromtheUnitedStateswasusedasmaterials,effectofdifferentkindsofhormoneanditscombinationontherapidpropagationandrootingwerestudied.TheresultsshowedthatoptimalmediumforproliferouswasMS+6-BA0.5mg/L+NAA0.01mg/L,optimalmediumforrootingwas1/2MS+IBA0.1mg/L.Thispaperprovidedthetheorybasisforlarge-scalerapidpropagationandindustrialseedcultureofstrawberry.
