Abstract:
WithHydrangeabranchesof1yearoldasthematerial,theeffectsofdifferentcuttingsubstrates,differentpositionsofshoot,differentplantingtimeandthedifferentconcentrationofNAAonrootingofHydrangeamacrophyllaSer.werestudied,inordertoprovidescientificbasisforscaleandintensiveproduction.Theresultsshowedthatthebestcompositionofmatrixforsoftwoodcuttingwas1partgrasscharcoalplus1partpearlite,thesurvivalratewas96.1%;thecuttingwoodwhenonlyoneleafremainedwasmostsuitableforsemi-lignifiedcutting;Thecuttingswereselectedfromsemi-xylogenbrancheswerethebestrootingposition;Thepercentageofgeneratingrootwas98.2%~98.6%duringcuttingfromJunetoJuly.Thepercentageofgeneratingrootwas93.3%whenshootwassoakedwith150mg/LNAA.
