Abstract:
WithHydrangeabranchesof1yearoldasthematerial，theeffectsofdifferentcuttingsubstrates，differentpositionsofshoot，differentplantingtimeandthedifferentconcentrationofNAAonrootingofHydrangeamacrophyllaSer.werestudied，inordertoprovidescientificbasisforscaleandintensiveproduction.Theresultsshowedthatthebestcompositionofmatrixforsoftwoodcuttingwas1partgrasscharcoalplus1partpearlite，thesurvivalratewas96.1%；thecuttingwoodwhenonlyoneleafremainedwasmostsuitableforsemi-lignifiedcutting；Thecuttingswereselectedfromsemi-xylogenbrancheswerethebestrootingposition；Thepercentageofgeneratingrootwas98.2%~98.6%duringcuttingfromJunetoJuly.Thepercentageofgeneratingrootwas93.3%whenshootwassoakedwith150mg/LNAA.
