Collection of wild flower Vicia unijuga seed，different seed germination and seedling raising substrate processing contrast test were studied.The results showed that the wild flower Vicia unijuga seed were sowed to steep 24 h with the warm water of the initial temperature 50℃，the airing after running water rinse，sowed in the import of matrix had the highest germination rates，could reach 83.37%.
