Abstract:
According to the growth condition of Pleurotus ostreatus，the formula of cultivation was made with the Bushen yishou capsule residues in Fuling Pharmaceutical Factory of Taiji Group and the cottonseed hull；The method of sterile material cultivation in plastic bag was used on the indoor frame.The results showed that great economic benefit could be gained by cultivating P.ostreatus with Bushen yishou capsule residues.The most suitable formula to cultivate P.ostreatus was Bushen yishou capsule residues of 80%，wheat bran of 17%，sucrose of 2%，gypsum of 1%，while the biological efficiency of it was 83.6% and the input-output ratio of it was 1∶3.3.
